You can apparently go and look at what the skills are, if not the specific statistics, from the Elite Skills Master (as he appears to now be named) at any time, even before you get to the proper level. I can't actually tell which levels the later ones will occur at because it runs out of the dialog window. :-/

That being said:

Rogue/Mage:

Poisonous Trap
Explosive Trap
Paralysing Trap
Magic Breaker (Sounds like it strips beneficial magic from the target)

Mage/Rogue
Cursed Fangs (Sounds like it is probably a DOT on Throw, it says that those who survive the throwing weapon will "fall victim to a deadly curse")
Kiss of the Vampire
Demoralized
Fang Ritual (Passive that buffs Cursed Fang damage)

To the best of my knowledge, the mats are either gathered (nodes) or farmed from mobs.

Precise strike at the enemy's head causing 126%(lvl 20, dont' remember base) of main hand's weapon and adds a 50% chance of lowering target's accuracy by 30%

lvl 20 skill
Daze Shot
Requires 30 concentration

Cooldown 10 seconds
Range 150

Causes your target to be dazed for (Buff0 - time) seconds. (ranged Weapon must be equiped.) <---dunno the that amount of time since what I wrote is what it shows.

Seems that 25 mage priest is True fire core and priest mage is Angel's blessing.

Not that a curse removal isn't always handy, but c'mon...the same exact skill?!

As a side note I see you have Lightning shield the Knight/mage skill as bugged because it "already" does the slow.

If it's like the Ripped throat ability of the Rogue/Scout it DOES NOT already have that mod. When you aquire the ability it changes the tool tip to reflect the added status effect.

To test this change classes then look at the ability again. It should go away. I was able to test this with Throat attack as Throat attack is a secondary skill you might not be able to as shield bash is primary.

Another way to test is mearly to roll a new knight and look at his/her skills to see if the slow effect is there.

When activated, physical attack is raised by 30 points, defense is raised by 2%, and healing effectiveness is reduced by 3%. this stance lasts 600 seconds.
+6 physical attack, + .4% defense, +.6% healing effectiveness reduction every lvl upgrade
