At the start, Reni and Artemis had the cheap, everything levels, no fatigue, but everything then goes back to zero, almost code for testing the housemaid. On Osha everyone I know has stuck tired out 90-95% fatigured maids with the more expensive pricing. Then the changes came that locked fatigue, and then normilized prices, but the initial behavior seemed like two different sets of code to control the maids at least.

I bought my maids on Reni on patch day, got them cheap, maxed their levels, and they never reset. Now however their fatigue doesn't go away. At least they've kept their levels so far and haven't *poofed* the items I've stored in them. Yet.

I'm so very unimpressed by the housemaid debacle that it hurts.

I watered and fertilized my housekeepers. It did nothing for their fatigue, but they now provide a soft glow in the house...

My housemaid seems to be working now. I let it get tired. Then I waited a hour and the fatigue had gone down, and the affinity and charisma had dropped too. It appears that the fatigue drops slightly faster than the affinity and charisma, but at the rate they all drop, they will reset each night I sleep.

If I leave for mroe than a couple hours (sleep or work), they will all be back to base level so it would be pointless to level them. However, if they affinity and charisma do not drop if the fatigue is at 0, then it would be fine as over time(prob a few weeks) we could max them out. We would just have to check on them a few times a day.

My affinity and charisma drop as the fatigue drops as well. Seems counter productive...

Your guide is very nice indeedy, tyvm. BTW I bought 5 maids and it came close to a million gold. But that was when they first came out. I had to remind myself to use them
on a daily basis. Tight backpack space became tighter carrying their foods and pots.
But their remarks used to crack me up.

Fatigue is still bugged huh :( Haven't been on in a while and thought at least some of the issues would have been addressed.

Do the buffs still disappear when entering combat?

Hard to be sure if buffs are bugged since all my housekeepers are fatigued out.

Great guild. The only question I have is when arethe new house keepers going to start working. I have 3, 1 is 100% fatigue the other 2 are at 15% and none of ir goes down. They don't do any of the buffs you mentioned or make the potions or foods you discribed. I have been waiting for Frogster to fix it now since it came out.

R.I.P. Housekeepers, we had a good run that first 18 hours or so. My only wish is that I had a memorial urn for each of you that have attempted to serve me.
And to my most recent I appreciate the offers to go to bed with you, but it seems the words are hollow. I just cant bring myself to dismiss you, I can always hope.

I've said this before, but it was pretty obvious with the way they were phase rolling out CH3 that they would almost inevitably not be able to fix issues until either the final patch, (or more likely, the patch after that).

So in other words, don't expect them to really address anything until they finish rolling out CH3.

(Which I would have thought would be this week, but considering the lack of a "week 10/10" event, and any sort of promo stuff on the website, seems unlikely. Maybe they *did* decide to delay it to actually add fixes to the patch, instead of just the rest of the CH3 stuff.)

i hope gnat is right... but for my experience? i doubt it... i have no issues with bugs but if it affects the whole game then there is really is a problem...

i just hope bugs are fixed and if they aren't? many people will lose faith with runey and froggy (if there's any faith left anyway)... lol

FYI: Mine are both fixed. Fatigue seems to decay at around 5 points/hour, and skills don't seem to decay at all.

Hmm... after logging out for an hour for dinner, come back in...

fatigue had gone down a bit...

And as far as I can tell, the rest of the stats have gone back to their original levels.

Chatting one of 'em back up a bit 'till nearly full fatigue,
Inventing other one up to full fatigue
playing for an hour...

Fatigue is all the way down to 45 on the first one, fatigue completely gone on the second... and stats are back to original levels.

So, uhm. not fixed.

I noticed my housemaids were losing skills if I left my house while they were still out. If I put them away, they didn't lose the skills. Not entirely scientific, but most of the time is appears to work that way.

Self fixing your housekeepers

OK once and for all lets put the issue to rest. I tested each of the following methods about a dozen times and I think this should work for everyone. The only disclaimer is that I am on Osha.

Here's how you get them to work.

1. Chat them up or use their skills and then HIDE them. You can then log out or leave house and when you come back they will have updated skills since last time.

2. Chat them up or use their skills JUST BEFORE THE START OF THE HOUR and then wait a few minutes for it to update (updates right about at the hour or a few min after) and the fatigue to go down by 5 and then log out or leave house. You might have to do this first if hiding doesn't work.

(Other people may say you can.. )

3. Chat them up or use their skills and just log out or leave house. Works sporadically for me, IDK why.
4. Chat them up or use skills and wait 20+ minutes before logging or leaving house. This also works sporadically.

Honestly option 1 and 2 has been pretty fail safe, especially option 2. Hopefully this is what everyone needs to kick-start their maids' butts into action and start getting your moneys' worth out of them like I am.
