Thank you again for all the answers :) All my questions have been answered and all I have to do is get the skills. currently 49K/42W so I still have a ways to go ;) (I am assumeing that both 1st and 2nd classes must be lvl 51 to get general set-skills?)

To be honest I don't think there is a level requirement on "getting" the skill, just using the skill. Although I could be wrong, but I think that's the way it works.

They said in their press release that everyone would be able to choose 8 out of a pool of 36 skills.

Let's see -- so far there are 3 class-specific skills available, and 3 general skills, so that's 6 out of the 8. Maybe they'll add 2 more general skills in the final release.

But I wasn't talking about the number you can choose, just the number you can have active at one time. The skill wheel has 5 slots, and I think someone said in the EU (probably a rumor though) that the center will activate with a mystery skill based on what's in those 5 slots.

Correct; you won't be able to use the general skill on your secondary class if it's below the required level. But you can still get and use it on your primary class.

No no, it's supposed to be 8 out of a pool of 36.
Not 8 per class.

I've been told through word-of-mouth that the Mage's "Lucky Chance" from the Bloody set yields a new skillbar with 2 skills, a DoT and a Slow (Fire and Wind respectively I'm guessing).

-> If anyone could get the names of these skills from anyone I can look them up in the database and update the post.

Thanks, I still like to confirm with the author of the post to make sure they are ok with it, since .. well you did do all of the work, and I am just copying your information to hopefully make it survive longer then posts do on these boards.

Is the page, I am updating it now with the information you have posted. IF you need to edit it, the layout should be simple enough for anyone to understand. (LOL including me!)

I had some typos I think I fixed, and I'll add anything else I can find as I get it, just fyi.

Cool, hopefully the layout was easy enough to figure out. I tried to keep it simple, that way it's easier (lol for me).

any idea when we unlock the other 3 slots , at 56 i can only currently equip 2 skills and the other 3 slots say they're not unlocked yet, i'm guessing you get one for each lvl starting at 55 up to 59 which means we can only get a max of 4 skills working currently til the next lvl cap raise.

No, they're not tied to level -- even at 58 you only get 2 working slots. There was a message on the EU forums that said the other three would be unlocked by the time the Chapter III release was complete, so it should be fairly soon.

Spirit Herb Essence (Sleepwalker)
Level 51
Cost: Spirit Herb
Cast: 2s Cooldown: 8s
- Extract the essence of an Spirit Herb to restore 2500 MP. (Consumes one Spirit Herb.)

Spirit Herb is an Hp potion so does this skill actualy give 2500 MP or is it 2500 HP? I am just wondering because it seems odd that an Mp would give HP *shrug*

I would see it as getting a hidden benefit that isn't potent enough until extracted and concentrated. Consider that crafted Health Potions and Mana Potions have ingredients in common, sometimes the same exact ingredients but in different ratios. It doesn't seem particularly odd to me. Granted, it may be a typo, but the functionality isn't that suspicious.

Great guide. I vote for sticky as well.

One minor error though, Spirit Herb Essence restores hp, not mp :)

It restores hp... I've used it myself ;)

I have one question, for example I am warden / scout, can I use scout's skills on my main class?

Nope. You need to be a scout to use your scout item-set skill. You CAN use the general skills on either class, but then again they are "general" not specific. :p

Elemental Spirit Stone (Sleepwalker)
Level 51
Cost: Elemental Spirit Stone
Cast: 2s Cooldown: 8s

...

Mage

Stone Scale Blade (Fearless Cloth
)

Level 55
Cost: 100 MP
Cast: 2s Range: 250
- Causes 1200.0 Earth Damage.

Lucky Chance (Bloody)
Level 55
Cost: 250 MP
Cast: Instant
- Unpredictable magic energy. Whether it is fire or wind isn't yours to decide, you can only let the gods decide.

Recover Magic (Elemental Flame)
Level 55
Cast: Instant Cooldown: 3m Duration: 60s
- For 60.0s after using this skill, each time you cast a spell, it may restore (5.0%+1000.0) mana.
Of these skills I recommend Elemental spirit stone simply becuase if you combine it with swap gear you can restore half your mana in 2s, this is very useful in dc/purg situations when your bleeding mana like crazy.

Stone scale is useless, earth damage? wtf? I tried it and it does less damage then almost every skill I have, some aren't even lvl'd.

Same for lucky chance, I haven't personally tried it but several people have told me it's not worth the trouble of casting.

Recover magic is useful though, combined with energy well can make mana control a lot easier in long fights. They will probally mess with these skills since they're new and I realize as I type this that the next patch may change all this around lol.

Hope this helps.

Anyone notice if "Warrior weapon guard" is broken? I don't seem to take any less damage from anything, regardless of single target or aoe :/

Yes ding 60..... Seriously no one can unlock them till the rest of the next chapter, I read that suposidly the middle of the wheel will also unlock but meh don't know till it's released.

Um, there seems to be new item set skills in the Janost area, so does anyone know what they each do?

It was said by Torankusu, that the new warrior skill does 520% Main-hand DPS using the vulnerable state of probing attack and places an attack/defense debuff on the enemy

It would be nice to have the "Item Set Skills" Wiki page updated:)

Go for it, I'm not playing RoM atm so I have no information on what is new to be added. That is the advantage of a wiki system it allows folks beyond the author to actually update the information.

Although I might be nice if folks gave me the raw data I might update it.
