So you are telling me that I can take a Holy Pet Rune Ghost, take a Magic Pet in my case I want earth elemental and emerge this ability including element earth into the Holy Rune Ghost pet using siege badges to purchase this item from the pet hunter? Which then will make my Holy Rune Ghost have an element of earth.

Nope. neutralizer will remove the earth attribute from the earth pet so it will be "none". You can then merge this "none" magic pet into the runic pet.

Ic, I just got what the other person said, and thank you for telling me as well. Kind of silly to remove the element of a pet using siege badges. I see no point in doing that but I guess I am still learning the system. Thanks guys.:D

Well, there *are* other ways to get a neutralization bar, but yeah, the uses for it are limited. About the only use I've been able to come up for would be to help round out a pet. (i.e. if you happen to be a class that uses str, sta, dex and int or somesuch, but there is no pet that grants that, you could use a neutralization bar on a pet with high int to merge it into your pet with good str/sta/dex, in order to give it higher int.)

How do you raise a pets aptitude?

How do you raise a pets aptitude?

1) Merge a pet that has a higher Aptitude than your Main (agent) pet into it. Blue Rune Pet Eggs work well for this as they tend to be low level and high aptitude.

2) Merge other pets into your main (agent) pet to build training points, the buy or farm golden eggs and buy the potion from the pet trainer inside the ranch. Each potion costs 3 golden eggs, and each raises the pet's aptitude by 1 point.

I did a combination of both to raise my pet's aptitude to 100. Some people are trying to figure out the cheapest way to get a pet's aptitude to 100 by the lowest level possible. This is because each time your pet gains a level, the higher it's aptitude the higher the stat value gain for each level.

I personally didn't worry about that too much. I got my pet's aptitude to the low 90's by lvl 15 then fed it golden egg potions to get it to 100. My pet is currently lvl 18 with 100 Apt. Good enough for me.

Blue Rune Pet Eggs come from the Auction House ^_^

Golden Eggs, take some vacation time, go to Miller's Farm and gather grain to feed hens, feed the hens until they're ready to lay an egg, then cheer them on (yes, really), collect the egg.

SOME of them might be gold eggs (about 1/20? 1/15?).

Or...go to the Auction House and buy them.

This is a Guide?

I am brand new to the game and trying to find some help with my pet. If this is supposed to be a guide, it's not very helpful to people who know NOTHING about pets. I really don't even know the basics about training or leveling pets. All I know how to do is go to Miller's farm and do feed quests. My pet's loyalty is only 50%. How do I raise it so it will actually assist me during battle? How do I actually get it training points without buying anything?(nooob, so no cash anyway), And lastly, how do I get it experience so it will grow(again, no cash so can't buy anything)?

No cash?
How to raise loyalty w/o cash: Pet Events or Milking quest hoping for favorite meal.

Training points w/o cash: Pet events (negligable amount) or Farm golden eggs via egg laying quest as described, feed them to pet.

Exp w/o cash: Pet events (negligable amount) or farm golden eggs via egg laying quest as described, feed them to pet.

By and large, pets are a money sink.
