Arcanium Arena instructors ?

How do I engage Arcanium , I click on and I'm told no stock.
What am I doing wrong ?

I'm pretty sure you need 30 Phirius Tokens, which are rewards from doing Daily Quests, to enter Arcanium Arena.

Since when do we need 30 phirius token ? i dont remember paying for it o.O

No, I don't think you need 30 tokens. Its the same as entering 3 vs 3 arenas, etc. There should be a battlefield button on the top right corner of your screen (default) that looks like 2 swords. Its either shift + left click or shift + right click it, and you'll see a list of different arenas. One of them is Arcanium Arena.
