Quest Help

If anyone could help me I am currently in Limo and just turned in the Morrok Quest that takes you to Shattered Hand Research Camp. At this point Morrok Wallinder disappeared and I do not have any Envoy of the Dragon quest left. I am lvl 60 and not sure what or where I am suppose to go from there to continue the questline if anyone knows a current List of the Envoy of the Dragons quest or happens to know what quest I am suppose to do or where to go I would reall appericiate it.. thanks
