Does anyone have any info on the title that is under quest->special that has a rank 7 badge and special skill of "Magic Iron Drop"? On my version of rom it doesnt have any other info such as requirement to get, description, what badge gives.

If its 30.000 Cards its from the moa weapon questlines where you farm some items to use on the Anvils either in Ystra Lab or the outpost in front of the Cyclops region leading to CL ... remember the stuff where you had to open badges and random amounts of splinters(?) came out? If you manage to beat the god of RNG and get 30.000 of these from a single bag you get the title.

Dont know if i got the items correct but those who know about quests will be able to understand it - i hope.

Still we do not know(were just assuming) that thats the one title listed as tier7, and we dont know about the skill yet

the npc says "blabla xp and xyz 1" and means xyz LEVEL/TIER 1 as in "you need more titles"

if you need a quick fix just googletranslate the latest german article, meisjustme finished the article about the badge title system.

im currently translating it but takes a bit as its quite a lot of text.
