Just to add to the mento rewards since it hasn't been posted: easy mode 5th boss drops 10.

Thx for the info, added the OP

Looks like 1st, 4th, and last boss are going to be the most fun.

Anyone have any clues as to the strat behind the 4th boss?

I believe Boss 3 is the Boro-Boro Brothers.

Edit 1: Conjurer Chapeaunoir is the name of the 4th boss.

Sounds about right.

For the second boss though, at least on normal, if you don't kill in the right sequence it'll bug and you have to reset the instance.

We killed second boss on normal mode Isaac first then the other one. Isaac has aoe fear and some nasty dmg, so we just burned him quickly. Nothing bugged after that, we continued the instance normally.

More tips for 5th boss:

- He summon adds for 3m45sec then a yellow msg pops ``get warmed up``
- 15 sec after the msg he will appear and atk.

He cast a toxic corrosion that deals 105% hp to the target who has the debuff. That person has to cake/bubble or use any skill that reduces mdmg received.

Poison cloud on ground hits with %hp too i believe.

Boss 6: Lord Grafu

Boss 7: Annelia

There are only 7 bosses in Grafu's Castle. We know Lord Grafu is one of the last two because of the EU rom-nation video. I would assume we would kill Annelia in the same place because there is no other baddy over her, or immediately under at the moment besides sismond.

I'll add them in, though I'm presuming those 2 bosses are for the "Hard" difficulty only though. Time will tell.

That is correct--^

Edit: I believe the sixth bosses name is Herl Grafu.

OP- Just also wanted to add my thanks for sharing this info. It's rare people don't act like greedy information hogs in this game. You, my friend, are a class act (primary class)

The 1st and third bosses in Grafu normal are a lot of fun. That 3rd boss without a max dps party can be a pain. Lots to look for from the 3rd boss from the imprisonment to area specific aoe's, fears and nasty debuffs. A really fun fight. The second boss seems to be the easiest so far. My guild is really enjoying the more strategic fights compared to the past burn parties in chapter 3 :).

Thanks for posting the strats you found Wolfowl. With all the contributions I saw in your initial post, it looks like the community isn't as tight-lipped as we've come to believe... I'll contribute anything we figure out as we venture into the new instances. Also, I would love to see a similar thread for each of the world bosses. Our guild is trying to figure out some of them now that we are getting stronger in numbers and DPS, but I haven't been able to find any good strategies. I'll post some new threads if we are able to figure out the fights.

Again, thanks for setting the tone of the community! Let's keep the information flowing so more people can enjoy more content!

Yes, thank you very much for posting this. My guild should be venturing in there soon and this information will definately help us out. If we find something out along the way I will be sure to post it here as well. Keep up the good work. Its much appreciated! :)

Maybe the powers that be can sticky this in the Guides section or even the quests/Land of Malevolence section so it can be referenced easily and doesnt get buried ))

Good job folks !! Lets keep the info flowing )

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys. I'm doing this for 2 reasons. One, I want to know about the instance myself :p, and two, I'm trying to foster a sense of community within the game again. How much of that I'm succeeding at I'm not sure, but thus far the little tidbits of info are really helping out and I want to thank those who contributed for their involvement.

Also, updated the OP with new 1st hand info from our run today.

Be on the lookout for a similar thread for Sardo soon :)

On Conjurer Chapeaunoir easy mode it appears that when you come out of the hat you have a change of several debuffs being on you. Its unkown what spell if anything can dispell these effects.

One effect is that you turn into a rabbit with max HP around 600ish and therefore get one-shotted.

Another effect is being turned into a plant where you cast spam an AOE (maybe a DOT?) on yourself and your allies that are standing next to you.

I seem to remember people saying they were squirrels once too, but I was in a hat that time and never saw it.

The big trick with this dude is to try and stay spaced out and make sure the ginormous person gets the person in the hat out.

Shameless bump

What, you thought I was just going to let this fester on the second page?

There's 2 whole bosses we have zero input on people!

grafu is so much fun...but the jump in difficulty to get to those last two bosses is pretty crazy, ie. when going from normal to hard. kinda like normal RT to diamond. heh maybe worse.

boss 1 jumps from 10.6m hp to 25m and working the strat's with 12 ppl is tough.

we're at 4th hard mode..so getting closer. but we're also working hard on sardo, but last boss is insane!

If u kill Isaac first, Ardmond enter a Frenzy state where he hits much harder. A tank able to tank RT gold+ standing can tank Ardmond on frenzy state in Grafu normal mode, i dont know about hard mode.

5th
The 1-hit debuff is called ``Smirkly Poison`` and any druid primary or secondary can cast ``antidote`` on the person to remove the debuff and avoid the 105% hp dmg.

The poison gas on ground is %hp indeed, i think its 15% hp but im not sure, i didnt pay much attention.

On easy mode the hit is weak but on normal mode, the 3rd boss hit named ``Acupunture`` or something alike is a 90% hp hit (magical dmg, can use cake to avoid or any skill that reduces mdmg received). The improsment pillar on easy mode have 100k hp but on normal mode they have 700k hp (they have def as the trash, so u can hit them hard - a good dps with pots on can 2-3 hit kill it).
