Suggestions - Rules

Dear Community,

this is a short version of our rules regarding the suggestions subforum.
If after reading this anything is still unclear, take a look at the FAQ.

The Rules for this section:

1. Does my suggestion exist already?
Before you post any of your ideas, you should have a look at the current suggestions. If it already exist, there is no need to start a new thread. It is likely, that it will be just closed.
Should you wish to suggest something, that has been moved to the archives, check first why it has been moved there (lack of interest, didn't meet the suggestion requirements, outdated, etc pp). If it has no particular reason, you can suggest it again. If in doubt, you can always send a PM to a board moderator of your choice.

2. The Elaboration
Before you publish your suggestion, think about it properly. Try to make it as clear as possible to anyone, who is supposed to read it.
It is important that every idea should have its own thread. Do not post more than one suggestion per thread. This allows us to organize the suggestions better and forward the entire thread to the people that need to see it to get the idea implemented. Having more than one suggestion per thread leads to confusion.

3. Form and language matters
Be thorough with how you describe your suggestion.
Formatting
Sentences that make sense
Comprehension vs complexity
Wording and diction

4. Pure agreement/disagreement (+1/-1)
Give a reason why you support a suggestion. Don't just say that you agree or disagree with a suggestion. Tell us why.
Although we have superpowers, we still didn't learn to read minds.

5. The tone makes the music
A respectful manner towards each other is mandatory.
Discussions can only work when you respect each other.

6. Forum Rules
Our forum rules apply here as well.
