Please keep this thread constructive, just like others. We always and continue to forward the feedback but we cannot do so if the threads do not contain constructive posts.

Constructive feedback:
While it is working, it fails at nearly every level of usability.
Applications written for a phone are more responsive.
Necessary information is buried too deeply and requires too much scrolling for very little information gained.
It requires 8 clicks to gift a single item. + one more if you are able to gift an item with a stack option. (this does not include the effort of getting to the item in question)

We can now preview certain items. BUT can't link items from the shop at all.
STILL cannot see all the items that are in the wheel that you are spinning for. Sure you tell us what the "jackpot" items are, but that is just like us saying "we might spend up to $100 on diamonds while this wheel still exists" when it really means "you aren't getting anything until this wheel is removed"

In case gameforge is living in a cloud, people have quit because of this and gameforge is burning any good faith they had every day. I still play because i have some diamonds left and a truckload of rubies. But with this shop, it might be better to just drop them into a guild than trying to spend them.

We have weekend and midweek Item Happy Hours and these actions were perfectly working in the past weeks.

i have to say the last sale we had, the random extractor/ABL sale we had.. i was pretty poed. when i woke up sunday morning to buy some like i have for years before.. and the sale was gone already. did i miss something? are weekend sales really only two days now? Maybe i missed it who knowsand this post is for nothing idk. just figured id throw it out there.

but we get 3 days of the beastly sale, Cerb, they know what we want, trust them, they got the numbers

What ever happened to the real happy hour sales though? The 50% off one item for 5 hours sale every tuesday/thursday/sunday night? Because im 100% certain those have not been going on these past few weeks yet it use to be every week for years. Just curious if there was a mess up or it was actually someones decision to remove those, or change the days ect.

So yet another rune sale this weekend, ya the item shop manager really knows what we want LMAO. It's like you are not even trying

And my suggestion that I was hoping to get some feedback from the players/word from an FM went ignored. Why won't senpai notice me ;(
