Can we have another sale on house types - only have 2 choices in gift shop at the moment. Can ROM please offer more choices...the Villa for example. Thanks.

The larger houses should be able to handle more furniture without using house energy. The idea that a two story villa can't have more furniture than a one room hovel without using more house energy is just wrong.

I just want the hotel contract. They havent offered it on sale in over a year and its the only housing contract i dont have. Plus its the nicest.

However idk what is supposed to go in that third floor of the hotel contract house..it barely fits your character up there its so small lol

Id like to see some new houses, some with out door areas. Ive seen some cool stuff in other games, nice outdoor areas, mini games in the house. All sorts of neat customizations for houses.
