Item shop manager

Ok this is adress the Item shop manager or the person hiring them.

What about you get that person level a toon from level 1 to level 95?

What about you make them use the Item shop and figure out the frustration of players?

What about he learns to do simple math? packages in IS are more expensive than buying the items individually

We have Secret garden minigame on for a month and they found the way to remove the Jade Treasure keys from IS? why? it is the only time they are available to open the chests from said minigames, are we to wait a year to get them again? that IS A MONEY MAKER for Gameforge.

It is not the same to manage an item shop if you are not playing said game at all, since everything is only numbers to you

Please make a Teamspeak meeting and have them sit through our frustrations and ideas for said item shop since players are the ones giving their real life money for his paycheck?

I am not mad, i am frustrated, yes, do i want things to change? hell ya. But putting blindfold on that person is not helping anyone in game or Gameforge and just makes for huge waste of money for Gameforge ignoring the community as a whole.

yes please put the jade key back into the item shop now and leave it there for at least a few day after you close the secret garden

It is unlikely that the cash shop manager is able to spend more than a couple of minutes a month on the ROM cash shop. It is probably one of a couple of dozen game's cash shop and other duties that are his responsibility. If you follow every sale you will see that the rotation has remained unchanged for years. The cash shop was set up years ago and running on momentum there will be occasional changes but little or no real difference.
The concept that the cash shop manager has ever even played the game or seen it, has never been realistic. To expect to hear from one is as bad. We are dealing with a bureaucrat following corporate procedure. That time to speak to us would use up the time he has been allowed to work on this game for a few years. You are dealing with a cooperate mentality here no one actually plays the games, it is a business they own, run and sell the many games and items in them but do not play them they are far too many games that they own for them to ever consider playing one of them

Jade keys back in the shop. Looks like all the birthday promo stuff left when the easter promo arrived, and no one was around to fix it until today when the GF offices were open again.

Now we've had our little rage-thread, but since the only actionable suggestion here has been taken care of, /closed.
