Magic Saxophone Not Working

Good day, The Magic Saxophone 3day i got from the random instrument box from Malatina's Course OF terror does not seem to be working.

I used it several times in a party and each time the buff does not show up on the buff list. Not sure if its just a display problem or the effect is not working either. I havent had enough time ingame to test yet.

The sax buff goes on enemy not you or players in party , its useless basicly btw. But thats why u dont see it on buff list.

OMG my brain actually changed the description, it assumed it was increased not decreased and players instead of targets. I guess it thought the original description is retarded and was mistake.
