quest in red hills broke

it has been 4 months now and my quest is still broke

the sourse of the pollution and monsters

when moark walender came out i completed his quest he ran off and the quest is sopose to complet but it did not complet how can i get him back they tell me in soport that they cant rest the quest then how do the plan to fix it then and that they can not complet it for me

i dont know what to do i cant play any more. i keep geting told to wate by rom evry ticket i put in the mark as solved but it is not

i have been playing this game sence chapter 1 this is the worst i have ever seen this game with the supper lag in siege and quest being broke its like they dont want any one to play any more

Hi hdndvd,

Have you checked below stairs to see for any available Quests or NPC's. I don't see any relation between Morrok Wallinder and this Quest. Morrok Wallinder is supposed to finish and give Quests at a later point in this questline.

My guess is that you mean a different Quest, if so - please state the correct Quest so I can provide further assistance.

yes i have i done all his quest and the last one was one with morrok walender it is sopose to complet after it and it did not for me. he poped up i picked up the quest did it he ran off the the quest did not complet
i went thro it with severl of my frends step by step with ther alt toon that was doing that quest line and the only thang i see that i did defrently was i throw away the papers that you had to pick up from that one quest that the monster guy has you do my back back was full and i was makeing room for more quest they wher not red so i got rid of them
all i can say is i am very glad you responded to me it has been to long with no real responsce

if this is not fixed for me i cant level any more with my toon that quest is part of a chain that is important and i have no more quest to pick up

It could be the cause of this problem, that you miss these documents, in which case I suggest you to contact Customer Support, as they can refund the required documents.
