Please tell FEU that..

Servers need a Xeon patch for the servers. It fixes the lag found in seige and mustave gotten lost during server migration. EU servers didn't need it b/c they are or were run on AMD chipsets. This was what happened before, please lets move foward by patching servers. Ty that is all.
