Alcohol loosens the tongue - quest bug

I have talked with lord of zaramonde, and the quest tracker shows it's completed. but when i have to turn the quest in Morrok don't want to talk with me.
I'm not sure if you can see it clearly in the screenshot, but when i press on him there isn't coming any dialog up.

I found a way to fix it, you just have to relog 3 times and change channel 4 times
