Chat buttons stuck

The chat whisper, guild, zone, and say buttons are stuck in the middle of screen where is toon is and cannot be moved to another screen postion. No small pop-up comes to prompt moving that tab of buttons.

Right click on chat window and select unlock, then try to move it again with shift+right mouse button. (iirc)

If the solution above doesn't help, you can also reset the entire interface by deleting the folder in C:Document:Runes of Magic:{Charactername}
