Missing Characters

I am unsure if this is a bug or some technical matter, and I apologize if I am approaching this in the wrong matter.

I haven't played RoM in about 2 years, but I just reinstalled to get back into it, and although my main character is still there, 2 of my characters are missing. They were lower level rogues (around lvl 20+) for PvP (I played on server Indigo), but I had invested real $$ into equipping them with gear. Were they deleted, or is this some sort of glitch?

I know I would not and did not delete them, since I invested real money into them. Thanks for your time, I would really like to recover my old characters.

My guess is that you deleted them when you left your account. There's also a possibility that maybe your friends used your account? Either way, the best you can do is contact our Customer Support department so they can try to find out what happened to your characters :)
