I'm uncertain if anyone else has had a problem purchasing diamonds during the Friday the 13th sale.
While attempting to purchase the diamonds via Moneybookers, I recieved an error message stating that I did not have the funds available to complete the purchase.
I've contacted my cc Co. and they have informed me that I've plenty of funds. The cc customer service supervisor informed me the problem was on "my end". She spent lots of time going over all of my Moneybooker/ROM purchases. Everything was in perfect order.
I've rebooted my computer. I've done everything I could think of except submit a ticket (*see below*).
I've a cc set aside specifically for purchasing ROM/Moneybooker diamonds.
I use the same cc card in every single transaction, and I don't intend to change my financial habits and arrangements, nor should I have to. I'd prefer to follow the advice of our financial/estate broker/planner.
So, with the above I've stated I'm not going to use another venue in which to purchase diamonds.
Is there anyone else that is having the trouble that I've described?
I'm very reluctant to submit a ticket, as I've submitted numerous tickets due to a various assortment of problems I've encountered. Only one single ticket was resolved properly. Additionally, I make certain that I have all the information needed when I submit a ticket. Essentially, I've given up on support. Is there any other way other than submitting a ticket that this issue could be addressed. If so; kindly advise.
*I've done a search regarding this issue and have not been able to find any threads or posts describing this bug/glitch/problem...whatever*.
