Additionally, please note that the QA department does not respond to these issues until they are able to test and either verify these issues or determine that they are not bugs.
As mentioned in the known issues list (
http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/showthread.php?t=67774 ), this can take 24 hours or more, depending on the error and difficulty of re-creating it.
