Issue with castle gathering and guild quest

I have noticed lately (past 3 days) that the toons in castle overnight are not resetting with the daily reset. Guild tools aren't resetting for whichever gathering the toon is doing and the guild daily reset wont reset for these "Overnight" toons either. They used to reset every morning with the rest of the dailys and the toons got a fresh set of gathering tools.
Is this a "feature" we weren't informed of or is this broke?
I appreciate your timely response as this is severely interrupting the ability to gather mats in the castle for many guilds and toons.

take your time and thoroughly investigate this since it only affects all guilds. don't bother with a we will look into it.

Additionally, please note that the QA department does not respond to these issues until they are able to test and either verify these issues or determine that they are not bugs.

As mentioned in the known issues list ( http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/showthread.php?t=67774 ), this can take 24 hours or more, depending on the error and difficulty of re-creating it.
