Bugged Recipe(level 70 -Butter Cream Cake)

Leveled cooking to 70 and went straight to NPC to buy the 5 new recipes but the one that gives physical defense
was bugged. Said I already learned it but when I open up my cooking list I don't have it learned. Maybe its cause I had some of those cakes already in bank I dunno. Heres a link of the bugged recipe.

Even pay the 6k gold, dun want my money back send me the recipe as its the only reason why I even bother lvling cooking this high.
