Vanishing Mount from partner bag

While removing one of my mounts from my partner bag to go into my inventory it magically disappeared it is no where in my inventory....so whats up I spend 300+ dias on a disk mount to have it disappear not happy because its real money. Would like to know whats up with this and what I need to do to get my mount back.

Crab I would like to ask this. Was tjhe Disc a permanent mount or a 7 or 30 day one? You can check it through your account and then by checking purchases if you do not remember.

Only Permanent mounts can be placed in the Partner Bag, so this was not a 7 or 30 day one. If it was "shift & right-clicked" from the partner bag, it goes into the main backpack, not the Item Shop backpack - is it hiding away amongst potions or Food thereabouts?

It was a perm disk mount, and no its not anywhere in my inventory I took a screenshot right after the incident and its not in there, I have submitted a ticket but really am not happy that I pay 300+ diamonds for a mount then to have it disappear really odd if you ask me.

If you dragged the mount icon from your partner bag to either the IS bag or backpack using click-and-hold, it might be possible to accidentally drop the icon outside one of the bag slots and not get the "do you really want to delete this item" warning. I'm not saying that this is what happened, but stranger things have been known to happen.

Since you've sent in a ticket to Support, all I can counsel is to be patient and wait for Support to respond.
