Music box (angel)

There's no crystals and no place to put the music box to defeat the phantom also the phantom is on 2 different floors of forsaken abby on Govinda server channel 1

channel 3 there's no crystals no pedestal and no phantom at all

The Phantom to use is the one where the sliding floor to FA is. If you'd accept the teleport from the guy when you decide to do the event, it will take you straight to him. You also get a teleport back to the guy if you successfully complete the event.

The pedestal to put the music box on should be straight across from the Phantom.

I accepted the port to the place I'm supposed to go there is NO pedestal for the music box there are no towers for the attack buffs there are no crytals to attack there is NO angel behind the phantom on channel 1 channel 2 OR channel 3. I was able to do this event quest on the first day and not again since because none of the stuff is there ... just the phantom on channel 1

Alright, i want some goddies off this guy and regardless of which channel I am in when i start the quest I have the following issues:
- NO Angel
- NO Pedestal
- NO Crystal
- Can't put the music box anywhere
- Can't complete quest

I have tried accepting quest and transport in each channel, I have tried accepting the quest in a channel and changing channels when i get there, I have tried giving up the quest and re-accepting quest, all to no avail. I have tried re-logging with and without quest... had this issue for two days now so..... Would a GM or Moderator PLEASE respond to this post?? My husband plays as well and has the same issue. I can't do this quest, and would like to before the event ends!

Day 3 and still no place to put the music box, no crystals, no angel and no way to complete this quest.

u know... if it's been this long... then i think mabye the quest should be available for extra time... since the time that it's currently available, it's not do-able.

Just a friendly suggestion :D

I was having an issue, but mine was solved when I switched to channel 1, it takes a few seconds to load but now I have no issue with that quest.

I'm sitting there right now on channel 1 been there 5 minutes still there is NOTHING to complete the quest just the phantom is there.
tried channel 2 and 3 they are empty not even the phantom
I think 5 minutes is sufficient time to allow items to load ....please fix this quest

Alrighty folks... day three and no change :/ still can't do the quest. Perhaps after another three days and some server maint it will be fixed ???

Now wouldn't it be nice if they fixed the jumping one in Dalanis...the platforms to jump up on are in and through the tents so you can't actually use them.

seems to be bugged again on Osha, checked all 3 channels. all 3 channels had missing table, can't remember which, but 1 channel also had a missing angel & the other channel had a missing phantom but with the angel there lol. guess there's no hope for this until reset which unfortunately is when ch v is released which prolly will be the crafting festival then...

Those tents are leftover from last summer's Crafting Event and are still there on your POC due to an error with your patching to the Storyteller Event.

The only way to be rid of them is a fresh install. Well, that's what I had to do after checking with some others ingame that didn't have the tents there.

I was told that nearly 3 months ago, did a fresh install ((TWICE)) and still had (and still have) the tents, the items in that area seem to be building up for a quick take-over of the world.

Did you use the 4.0.0 client or a newer one? That 4.0.0 client has the bugged patch applied to it that doesn't properly remove them.

The 4.0.5 and 4.0.8 clients never had the tents in them so they wouldn't have been in the way if you'd taken time to download a fresh client.
