Runes of Magic US / AU

Since the maintenance on the 23rd, anytime I log out of the game, my keybinds completely reset to default on every character, every class, totally. I have to completely rebind EVERYTHING every time i log back in, after any time the game crashed, anything.

I'm not using any addons either.

I completely reinstalled the entire game. Download and everything, I even did a system restore to before the patch. Nothing is working. Until i can find a way to fix this issue I won't be able to honestly play because of how often crashed occur in the game. Please get back to me soon, thank you.

I've obviously done the restart client thing over a dozen times...as i said in my post.

I also do not have a binds config setting for ROM anywhere on my computer, and trust me I've spent a very long time looking. It doesn't exist.

I feel extremely dumb for what im about to say, but i can't find the tools button in my My Doc's folder <.<
