Unable to progress/Grey Quest

Title: Disguised Rebel Soldier quest

Description: Earlier today I logged off with the "disguise" needed to continue this quest on my characater. When I logged back on today, the disguise expired. Now Im unable to progress or abandon any quest to gain new disguise again. There are no other quests in tergothen bay available for me besides dailies and public events.

Version: 4.0.11.2531.en

Server:Indigo

i had the same problem - i fixed it reinstalling the game

If you go back to the guy that gave you the disguise, he will give you another. You can then wear it & you should be able to accept the quest.

What he said^^. Took me 3 tries to get it done. Everytime the original guy that gave you the first costume gives you more,BUT he sure does complain about it.
