Allright. First I thought this was Siege related, like you can't invite someone to guild on Siege time. But today I confirmed at my work that House Maids can't be hired by anyone on Artemis.
It started on last maint. Even for new players. I called two friends for the game so I gave them the gold to purchase their first house maids, so they can have the potion to walk a little faster on Abbey, but they can't. I logged in a new toon I've created and the same happles. Here's a SS from my main char.
