Bugged out of dungeon

I have a problem, the dungeon or raid dungeon ZS and DL for some reason i can;t get in and I believe it bugged out on me... see i got this document Sharleedah and it's an quest you have to do to get in, well i turned in the quest but still can't get in and i guess i was suppose to read the map that i got from accepting the quest but didn't so now i'm bugged out and no longer can run this dungeon... can you help fix this bug?

What you can try is get the secret documents from Sharleedah again. It drops for everyone in party/raid, every time you kill him/her. Then open and click the map. Actually, click both items you get and try and accept quest again. Just to be certain.

If you go back to Apat in Dimarka, he will give you a quest that sends you to Diloss. Diloss will then give you "Surprise Zurhidon" which will grant access to both instances.

Sharleedah does not drop the documents every time you kill her/him/it.... I know this as it took 4 times to kill and get keyed for my toon...
