Just ain't marked, near housemaid, between that and the broken cup quest (Saatchi's). Looks like a lamp-post. If you hover you get a description, that's it.

There has never been a major intro in this game without problems. If your wand works on that too, then use it. If not, use constructive criticism if you can. If not, you should probably remain silent.

Noticed this when I got my level 35 elite skill for my Warlock/Rogue. The trainer says I can earn 2 PSI points, but the tool tip says it's only 1 PSI point.
