the cup and armorments

I dont know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing but there are two quests in the new starting area that I think are bugs.

1:the cup- you talk to the guy next to the cup and he says dont lose it again
- the cup is still not clickable

2: Armorments- you click to repair it and a skill button pops up above your bottom action bars
- you click on it and it starts to repair it but does not

Any ideas? or am i the only one? Patches?

no your not the only one, I lag so bad in that area that I can not do the Armorments at all, and I also noticed by the rune towers there are NPCs with no names just data. The cup is nowhere to be found after you turn it in.
