W/S Elite Skill " Skull Breaker " not working

As the title says, Skull Breaker has an icon in the skill list but does not have any text yet you can still upgrade it. When you click on it, nothing occurs, i don't know if it is just my client or if every other w/s has it as well.

Any word on when this skill will be fixed? I'm hesitant to spend TP points on my warrior side till it is. Here's to hoping they make it OP!
