Regulate water temp

Servers go down for a maintenance fix and this quest is still broken. What gives here. AT least someone could have set it to complete when taken until they fixed it. How hard would that have been?

Come on damn it fix this quest so we can progress.]

Take the damn servers back down until you fix it. Get all those moron programmers togerther in one room and dont feed em or let them sleep until they fix it damn it.
