Holy Smite Tooltip Error

Patch: 5.0.0.2538.en

Not sure if this is happening with everybody, but I went to put my talent points back into my knight/priest, and noticed that there is no tooltip identifier associated with the elite skill "Holy Smite." The option to put points into it is still there, but there is no notification as to what changes by adding levels into it. Not sure if it no longer upgrades, or if it's just a cosmetic error; as I am not currently putting any points into it, cause I am unsure to which it is.

Since there's been no word about this, or fix in the most recent patch, I figured I'd provide a screenshot of what I mean, to help make things easier to recognize.
