Problem Claiming Redeem Key

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have just been having a problem claiming my free gift key that I got in my email. I have gone to the page given in the link and upon entering the needed information I recieve a " Wrong password or incorrect key " message. I then thought to reset my password all of them and twelve hours later no change. I've just been wondering if this is some tech problem. I couldn't help but notice it took me three time to log into the forums itself, And have noticed post with players having problems close to mine. Am I just entering the wrong password to claim my gift and if I am which one would be the correct one as I have used every one from my Frogster main account to my secondary in Runes Of Magic, And I know for a fact my key hasn't expired yet.
