Sometimes the bug reports from testing are deemed not serious enough to postpone the release, so the fix is scheduled later. That way they can keep the release on time and only have the major, game breaking issues to work on.
Having to go inside is a pain, but all else considered, it's a minor issue
Not when combined with the damn memory leak making it crash every time you teleport when RoM's over 1.3 gigs. You'd think something like names, making a quest that actually works, etc. would be fairly high on the list. I can see your point that going inside isn't a big deal by itself, but when combined with crashes that occur during any teleport in varanas...
I do wonder why a company dedicated to its players would release a chapter that even bugs the teleporters in Varanas, a zone that's not exactly fresh out of the box. Seems like a large amount of apathy may be the cause.
