Varanas Snoop Portals

Problem: Varanas Bridge Snoop capped at eight portal locations? Intended to cap at eight, or ninth portal spot not yet available?

Details:
Our guild had a dwarf open a transport portal to Yrvandis so non-dwarf players could go to Yrvandis, talk to Yrvandis Snoop.
Two Human characters ported to Yrvandis, spoke to Snoop and did NOT get the message of: Succeeded in opening transport portal here. Both returned to Varanas Snoop to find they did not have a Yrvandis port available.
Both these characters already had eight Varanas Snoop portals available [Obsidian, Logar, Silverfall, Abandoned Fortress, Haven of Departure, Reifort, Heffner, Kingdom of Rorazan] established. A ninth, to Yrvandis, was not added.
Three other non-characters [two Elves, one Human] ported to Yrvandis and upon return to Varanas, the Varanas Snoop did offer the Yrvandis portal. All three of these characters did not have eight portals established prior to porting to Yrvandis.

The limiting factor seems to be the number of spots the Varanas Snoop has to offer, not character level or race.

None of the Dwarves in our guild have progressed far enough through the game, to see if they establish the eight portals prior to going to the Kingdom of Rorazan, if they will get a ninth portal entry, or not be able to get the portal to Kingdom.

I think it's because they aren't dwarf people. Can't prove this theory yet because there is no "snoop" to elf island, but I think it's a theory.

There is a snoop to elf island. He's down from the airship operator. My ingame hubby is human and succeeded in opening this up when he ringed to me.

I've come across this problem too. On my main human character, I already had 8 locations from Varanas Snoop already (including Haven of Departure on Elven Island), and after opening the Snoop in Yrvandis, it did not show up on my Varanas Snoop list of transport locations.

However, on another human toon (who only had 7 locations - was missing Ancient Kingdom of Rorazan), I opened the Snoop at Yrvandis, ported to Varanas, and discovered that an 8th transport location of Yrvandis Hollows was added to the Snoop at Varanas. This seems to support the notion that 8 locations may be the limit, which can lead to some potential issues...
