Auction House items not showing up in mailbox

Ok so earlier today I bought out a couple items from the AH and i went to go get them out of my mailbox and they didnt show up. So i tried the usual log out and log back in and that didnt work either.

Its been at least 12 hours and nothing has shown up still. I have sent in a ticket to support but im impatient and dont want to wait that long.

Anyone know what the deal is?

Do you by chance have other items in your mailbox? More than a page worth?

If so, your mailbox could be over-full. Removing some items will cause the "missing" ones to show up.

yeah actually i have like 3 pages of unsold stuff from AH. I guess ill give that a try and see what happens. Thanks for reply!
