I am unable to install Runes of Magic to play..

I have been trying to install Runes of Magic US version for about 2 weeks now. I have downloaded, the "official" slim and full client. I had this on my pc a couple years ago maybe.. but I cannot install it. I download the files via this forum .de (denmark?) All with no luck. The only thing I have yet to try and download from is atomic gamer, but to be honest, I am not so sure about that one.

My PC Specs:
4gb ram
windows 7 prof.
Intel Core 2 6600 @ 2.4 ghz
ati raedon 1500 series

Additional Notes:
I have played age of conan, dungeons and dragons, lords of the rings online, dc universe, left 4 dead 2, aion, kabol, and many many other games, all with no problems :/ Not sure what the deal is here, with some research I am getting that the official downloader is corrupting data. Not sure if you just have enough people and subs that its not a big deal or what, but 15 hours of wasted time (Literally!) and I am about to give up.
