Vendetta quest biugged?

Is the vendetta quest in the morrok quest line bugged in northern forest? You click on the fire and Kargath Duran appears (actually 2 of them appear) and walks to the fire but starts to flip which way he is facing, back and forth over and over and never says anything.

Edit: Was able to complete after maintenance
