Cannot equip Bind on Equip items?

the poppup message ''The Item will be soulbound when equipped'' shows, but neither the accept or cancel buttons can be pressed, this is the same for all of the BoE pieces of gear i've tested


any ideas?

Edit: Turns out i'm not the only one with this issue, currently talking with others who have just logged in and are experiencing the same problem

Is there any point in buying/selling gear right now as it won't be usable for about a week until the next maintenance ?

Tested all types of different gear, green through purple rarities, weapons as well.

I go the same problem this need be fix soon because i really unbound items for plussing and cleaning now i cant no wear it again.
Please anybody get a feedback on this!.

I'd suggest checking your addons and temporarily removing them, then seeing if this issue persists.

I try with a no addons and the windows still stuck and dont take my choice this is a big problem because i just remob a neck and i cant use it. Im on work pc i will try at night on home pc for see if is a instalation bug or a patch bug.

A guildmate was able to equip a BoE item just now without any problem.

a guildie just dropped 400 dias to plus and drill a shield he cant equip due to this bug. has a solution been found? a addon suspected? he is a warr/mage.

Probably a bad patch job. He should try doing a complete uninstall, a complete new download, and a complete new install. Wish him good luck.

I don't have any information about this particular bug, or even if it's a bug that can be reproduced. However, there have been a number of texture bugs that have shown up with older patched game installations. It may be possible to fix this by downloading the current Chapter V installation files and doing a complete client reinstall, as montanamick suggested. Temporarily disable your firewall and your anti-virus program during the download and installation/patching, then re-enable them when finished.
