Enter Button doesnt work.

I just had a character recovered from being deleted. When i am at the character selection screen. The enter button on that character wont work. I can just keep pressing it. Then when i sign into other characters on the same screen, all of their enter buttons dont work. I was told to uninstall everything from runes of magic off my computer and that would fix it. So i did. Still didnt work. I tried it on 4 other computers and nothing. I can sign in to my other toons if i dont try with that character first so i know its not my client. Frogster told me there was nothing wrong with my account. So i was just wondering if anyone had the same issues and could help me out a bit. TY

This is unfortunately a current error with undeleting characters. You should be able to log in to other characters on the account as long as you do not try and log in with the undeleted one.

If you try and log in with the undeleted character, you will need to restart your client before you can log in with another character.

This issue is being worked on at this time.

I know i can sign in with other toons. i just wonder why i cant use that toon. I keep on being told that there is nothing wrong with my toon. This toon means the world to me and should not have been deleted in the first place. I to this day dont know who deleted this toon. I just want to PLAY this toon ASAP. I ty for letting me know its a common bug and will be worked on.

As far as we can tell, there's nothing wrong with the character or its data. It may be an issue with the tool. All avenues are currently being investigated.

I hope that this is going to be fixed soon. I have raids to attend and i cant do it on my secondary character. Just seems like this matter isnt important. If i dont get it fixed soon i will probably be kicked from my guild. pls fix it soon

I havent recieved and email for this from support except to take a Screen shot of my problem. thing is i cant take a screenshow of the enter button not working. also i have noticed that this isnt on the present bug listing to be fixed. I am just getting frustrated because ppl who are qqing about nerfs are getting more attention then those with real issues. im sure you guys are swamped but it looks as if not too many ppl have this bug and if this were fixed it would be out of the way.

If you've got a reference number, that would be helpful. This issue is being worked on, but it needs to be escalated to the developers - It's not something that will be an easy fix, sadly.
