I am not missing this skill. It is your spirit of oak ability. Check your pet tab in your skill interface.

I redact my previous statement.. Even though the ability is in our skill book, It is not showing on our Spirit of the Oak, nor can it be replaced into the spell bar. So actually we are missing the ability, in a way... It is in our skill book but not able to be used, just like Dispell Curse.
