Ruby Shop Skins - Oriental Dagger/ Doomlord Blade

Is this a bug? (Due to it's nature I do not believe this needs a SS)
Ruby Shop - Magic Weapons - Oriental Royal Military Dagger gives no indication of being female only yet it is in the description. The Doomlord's Blade (Male), however, is not Male only... Minor, but I want to use that dagger skin on a toon o_o
