Well I'm trying to figure out why they nerfed it just to add a puny bit of damage. It went from a targetable, use anytime, heal, to use-only-in combat, heal-only-one-person (and a slightly less heal then before for me). Haven't used it in a party yet, so I don't know if it really does only heal the person with lowest max HP regardless if they are hurt or not, or if that is just worded wrong.
Base the damage on ranged DPS like it says though, and maybe it will be worthwhile.
