I don't know if this is a bug with the Dwarf race or what. I bought the book for whatever mementos it costs and everywhere I try to port it says "Your current level isn't high enough" Really? 72 Isn't high enough for HoS? Or DoD? Toon is on Artemis.

I think your dwarf may have been overlooked.

The transport book should have come with a level requirement warning. I bought it to pull stats and buy high level recipes on my level 58 alt but she is too low to go anywhere... 200 mentos wasted.

I think dwarves are just bugged. I cannot teleport to ANY instance on the Continent of Zandorya, despite being level 65 (DOD and WA are out too despite being way lower level). I can teleport to all the ones on Candara (that I have tried). So basically Dwarves are just hosed on the end game ones...
