All that did was asked me to push the facebook button again. A blank pop up box showed for a few seconds then closed with the page still asking for me to push the facebook button remaining.

I got a key to show up for the EU version. I used Google Chrome and logged in as usual. When at the page where it says to click to login. I mashed the buttom several times. The background went black and showed the code. Put in the code at the redemption page and got the number and password. Will try tonight when I'm back on the game but I think it worked.

Maybe it can only handle one request at a time?

i think a lot of us aren't having code problems so much as it's the pop up being blocked and not allowing us to even get a code to try in the first place.

Also people are getting codes and it's saying that they are already used. D: just do a mass email with codes for the wings plz xD

Okay, figured out what my problem was, I was using Internet Explorer and Chrome, both of these glitched up. When I used Firefox I was able to get the code from the EU facebook site and redeem it on the US site!

........ 3 hrs later

I have the code but it says that it's been used already...

Well, after much flipping back 'n forth between pages & logins...I finally got my redemption key. Actually was able to enter that to the correct page & received my voucher code & password, success right? Wrong, when I enter the voucher code & password (using ctrl+C & ctrl+V to copy/paste) to the Item Shop/Redeem Voucher field, I get a message that one or both are invalid....all I can say is srsly? All that and it STILL doesn't work /facepalm.

I'm sure everyone is following directions correctly, just sounds like the server traffic is overwhelming the site's ability to authenticate, resulting in the default response that it's already been used. I don't think the high response to this offer was anticipated lol.
