Still havent even gotten my key to begin with. Theres an EU version of this promotion. I heard people was getting keys from there. Where is this? I cant find it anywhere.

if you are still not getting a code and just seeing the login fb icon. go to your account settings and then go to applications and remove the fb app and then try again. it worked for me then :D

The EU version is the "Runes of Magic" page on Facebook. Since it's based out of Europe, the US version shows as "Official Runes of Magic US". So far, no one has got the US version to work that I'm aware of. Best to try the EU version in different browers until you get lucky. Or wait till they fix it, but that could be a while.

When you do get the code, go to the US site (NOT the EU site) to redeem the code. If it works, it'll give you (and email you) the code and password. I got mine earlier today and will be trying it out in the next hour or so.

I'll try and and to add. The name of the app is Aptico or something like that. Spent a while trying to find what it was.

Edit: I just tried both the US and EU and now instead of getting a blank area, I'm getting a blank pop up that appears for about 2 seconds and then dissappears. Happening from both. So still not getting my code.

Just for fun I tried IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera and all have the same issue except Opera which won't even install the addon for some reason. Oh well I guess I will wait until next week when they get this fixed...........

I got the code but cant login to the website to redeem.... it keep say the email address is already registered. When i choose to reset the password, a confirmation that a email is sent to my email address to reset the password. But its been like 5 hrs but i still havent recieved any email.

It worked for me on the us server, got a redeem key, problem was when i tried to redeem it, it said the key was invalid. Went to EU same thing, got a code, happened to be the same code, tried to redeem, says it is and invalid code, oh well, will try next month when they figure it out and fix it.

I've tried on all browsers all day and nothing from any of them, deleting the app and constantly logging in made no difference :(

It would appear everyone else gave up as well now lol I try like every few hours or so on IE and FF but still the same problem. Probably won't even be looked at until Monday sometime anyway, oh well

I was having this problem as well, I went into google chrome and took off malware/phishing protection and headed back to facebook removed the app and settings and then refreshed the page. It seems the pop up blockers are a real pain in browsers heh.

You were absolutely right. That did it. finally got the code to show. Now redeeming, lets see how that goes. lol

Edit: Redeeming went through with no problem.

Worked for me as well! Redeeming went through fine (was having problems with the EU code), so now I'm going to try in-game redeem. :D

Nope. Still broken, both for Firefox and for Internet Explorer.

It is so broken, that for Internet Explorer, even on the US page the error/login message is in ?german?

edit: have many many cycles (10+ attempts of homepage, Annelia page, homepage, Annelia page, etc), finally got the IE to give a code. Some of those cycles were to find where the German language was leaking in from, then poof, the code popped up.

So not permanently fixed yet, and still glitchy
