Very cool. However, mine (Leggings) look just fine, so it is probably on your end.

I have noticed most leggings only cover the thigh because the boots cover up to the knees.

I don't know that the leggings themselves are glitched. But the pic you posted does show that your toon's lower legs are missing. (!) I'd think rather that you have a texture file corruption somewhere, possibly due to a glitched patch.

Rather than manually repatching the game, it might be better to download the current Chapter V installation files, then reinstall the game.

Let us know if doing that clears up the problem.
