ah broken?

i just tried buying a pos root of nightmares staff. for 850k and instead it gave me a pos rakshas staff t7 for 50m... not even worth close to that. i want my 50m back ffs but i know that frogster is just gonna say too bad our game is broken we are too lazy to fix it so suck it up. well u know what? i spent alot of bloody money on this game and im sick of frogster allowing it all to go down the drain over and over. i want my 50m back ffs

and i know i know... i should send a ticket.. so they can send an automated respons in 3 weeks saying "im sorry for your inconvienience" and then do absolutly nothing about it. exactly like when i got scammed for diamonds (cept that was more like 2 months before the automation message came)

im sick of it frogster. wake the hell up. its not monopoly money we are giving you. its actual money we work hard to make

Unfortunately, cases like this are user error - The Auction House does not have a bug like what you have described. :(

Auction house purchases are not refundable by the support team, as the gold is already in the hands of the person selling the item you purchased - it's not fair to them to confiscate the gold because you regret your purchase.


I'd recommend re-listing the staff for what you paid for it, or as much as you feel you can get for it.

Regarding scammers - Please remember that diamond gifting is not an approved transaction method, and is done at-your-own-risk.
