The link the the support page on the US website doesnt lead anywhere. Normally i would have reported this in a support ticket but....

Edit: i also totally spelled support wrong in the title =(

Which browser are you using, Dar? Both links--under the Account tab and the big button--work fine for me with both Opera and IE 9. My Firefox install is borked up again, so I can't test with that one.

Testing it with google chrome. Also dident work in my IE 9.

I've never used Chrome, have been happy with Opera for a number of years. But I'm not saying my IE 9 installation is better than yours, lol. We do or have had some issues with IE 7-9 with Recharge Diamonds, but I'm not seeing any with the Support Portal links.

I'm on Chrome, and I have no problems going to the US site and clicking the "support" link from the drop-down menu. It takes me to the Frogster account system, as it should. The support link posted in this thread, however, doesn't work, and takes me to the EU site where it just loads a blank template.

Further testing has revealed what I believe is an issue with the Support button ("This Way to Support"). The link for that button seems to be broken or incomplete, while the Support link under the Account tab is working as intended.

And yes, I do know that I'd previously reported that the Support button was working for me. It no longer does, and I have no explanation for that.

Until this is fixed, please avoid using the Support button if you need to contact Support. Find the Account tab at the top of the main page and use the Support link there.

Ive been trying to use both, and they both SOMETIMES work. I think both links are breaking sporadically.
