Vampire arrow

hai guys

so I've been having this issue the past few weeks with my v.arrow (r/s). I press the bound button, pulls out bow and shoots, enter GCD and cd on v.arrow, arrow connects but then no damage.

Afterwards there's nothing in my combat log either; no dodge/miss/parry or anything.
All the attacks before the arrow and after the arrow are fine, shot is in my log which I fire afterwards 0.o

Isn't all the time I have this issue but when I jump backwards and shoot mid-air or just randomly in siege.

anyone else know what im talking about?
